From call to confirmed booking in one tap

Friction is the silent no-show
Every extra field on a booking form is a chance to lose the customer. We rebuild the flow around the one decision they came to make — when to show up — and pull the rest from the conversation that already happened on the chatbot, in the DM, or on the phone.
A returning customer shouldn’t re-type their name. A new one shouldn’t be asked for a billing address to book a free consult. Each form gets cut to the fields that actually matter for that visit.
Reminders that feel like a nudge, not a nag
Two reminders beat five. One the morning of, one an hour before — each written in your voice, each linked to a one-tap reschedule. No-shows drop because the path of least resistance is now to keep the appointment, not to forget it.
The same flow plugs into Google Calendar, Calendly, Square, Vagaro, or whatever you already use. We don’t ask you to migrate.
